- Early-stage venture or pre-revenue companies
- Non-asset-backed lending or pure financial arbitrage
- Sectors outside our four-sector focus
- Investments without operating-team alignment
- Activities that fall outside our ESG exclusion list
- Geographies outside the 8-country footprint
