Viability Gap Plc is an Investment Holding Company focused on transforming African institutions in agribusiness, financial, infrastructure and energy sectors by bridging capacity and funding gaps.

Founded in 2020, we differ from a traditional private equity vehicle in three ways: we hold strategically, we are operating-led, and we underwrite restructuring and infrastructure risk that conventional sponsors decline. Our headquarters are at the Kenyatta International Conference Centre in Nairobi, with regional offices in Dar es Salaam, Enugu, and Oslo.
